Support - NetAssure

NetAssure is a software application that resides on your network and checks for potential problems and alerts us before you are aware anything is wrong.  A support ticket is automatically opened when we receive an alert and it is not closed until we have resolved the impending problem.  Whether it is a disk drive that is running out of space, bad memory, Microsoft updates or security issues we will know and fix the problem before you are even aware of its existence.  Each month we will provide comprehensive reporting to you, detailing the preventative procedures we have implemented.

Support - PowerUp

For those customers that prefer to buy blocks of maintenance time we offer our PowerUp priority support service.  Customers can buy blocks of support time at a discounted T&M rate, then use them as needed.

Support - Time & Materials

The third support service we offer is based purely on time and materials.  Call us when you have a problem and we will schedule a trained network technician to fix the problem for you.  All you pay is out of pocket expenses for time and materials.

Backup & Full Redundancy

An optional part of our NetAssure offering provides for system backup to not one, but two secure data centers. The backup software updates an image of your server every 15 minutes to a NAS (network area storage) device. Should you ever need to recover critical data, you can rest-assured knowing there is at least 90 days worth of data stored off-site in a secure fireproof environment. The image that is copied to the SAN device can actually be used as a virtual server should anything happen to your hardware. You can forget about tape backups, knowing that your critical data is secure even in the event of a catastrophic failure.

Business Continuity Planning

Planning and consulting services which are aimed to ensure that your business computing systems are protected and available.  BCP planning takes into account many levels of redundant computing and network systems and will be presented in a cost to risk ratio to help your company decide how much redundancy to incorporate.

Disaster Recovery Planning

Planning and consulting services which results in a disaster recovery plan document.  The disaster recovery document incorporates re-establishing business after loss of computing systems, network and internet connectivity, office and datacenter facilities, etc.

Remote Backup Services

Bluebird Technologies offers a service for backing up data on your servers, desktops, or laptops directly to an off-site data vault.  This service can be purchased to supplement your existing backup solution by providing off-site storage, or it can be used as a total backup solution.  Prices are based on the total GB of storage and billed on a monthly basis.

Co-Location or Hosting Services

Managing your own 24x7 datacenter can be costly and time consuming.  Bluebird Technologies has invested in a datacenter infrastructure with high-end redundancies including power generators, multiple Internet connections, and temperature controls.  For a hosting platform, we deploy IBM blade servers in a fully redundant and fault-tolerant network built upon and iSCSI SAN solution.

Project Management

Do you have a facilities move, ERP rollout, or other large project in the works? Managing the minutia can be time consuming and very difficult.  Our project managers here at Bluebird Technologies are experienced in managing many projects and know what details can be easily overlooked.  

Placement, Recruiting and Outsourcing

Bluebird Technologies offers a fully outsourced solution with either a part-time or full-time engineer dedicated to you.  This engineer will be stationed at your location to manage day-to-day issues and will escalate any high-level support to our team of back office engineers. Alternatively, if you prefer to employ directly Bluebird Technologies can assist in the recruiting and placement of a suitable engineer.

Wire Drop Installation

Install Network Wiring and Telephone Wiring into a building.  Cable drops are from one location to another in the same building which are terminated by termination devices and faceplates.
